Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

By using Offerkin you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Contact: support@offerkin.com.

The service

Offerkin finds job listings that match your resume and suggests edits to tailor your resume. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

Suggestions, not advice

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account and for content you upload. You keep ownership of your resume and data; you give us permission to process it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Only upload content you have the right to use.

Acceptable use

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Plans and billing

Free includes weekly matches and a limited number of AI-tailored resumes each month. Pro is $19 per month or $49 per quarter, billed through Stripe and renewing automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Plans → Manage subscription (Stripe customer portal); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and Pro stays active until then.

30-day money-back guarantee: if Pro doesn’t earn its keep in your first month, tell us within 30 days of your first payment — via Plans → Manage subscription or by replying to your Stripe receipt — and we’ll refund it in full. Everything you created stays in your account.

Third-party content

Job listings come from third-party employers and job boards. We do not control or endorse them and are not a party to any dealing between you and an employer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Offerkin is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost opportunities or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

You may stop using Offerkin at any time. We may update these terms or the service; continued use after an update means you accept it. We will change the date above when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
